Community Grants

A Hampton Fund beneficiary for many years, Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston upon Thames is a lead organisation for Carers and the people they care for. The needs of Carers have never been more important, and we are extremely thankful to Hampton Fund for their ongoing support of our high-quality bespoke home and community respite services. Their assistance enables us to continue providing vital services to local vulnerable and often hard to reach families and Carers in need, of all ages and disability. One Carer said, “Crossroads Care is a lifeline for the whole family.”  

Hampton Fund is a responsive, proactive Trust that actively engages with the community to understand its needs, and with local charities to understand gaps in support and to build capacity.  Their funding has enabled us to offer specialist support to local disabled children (and their families) helping to give them the best possible start in life.
