Applying

Complete an individual grant application form, which should be sent to the Almoner. Application forms are available from the principal office, St Mary’s, All Saints and St James’s vicarages, the Greenwood Centre and the Citizens Advice Bureaux. Health visitors and social services also have them for applying on behalf of their clients.
